Maintenance, Repair, Support Plan

Southwest Stars Corporation warrants that all services performed by the company will be of professional quality conforming to generally accepted information technology practices. Any work produced by Southwest Stars Corporation, which is determined by the Customer and Southwest Stars Corporation to be of less than professional quality will be corrected by Southwest Stars Corporation without charge.

This warranty is conditioned on:

Clear Statement-of-Work given Southwest Stars Corporation by Customer.
Prompt request by Customer for review of work thought to be unsatisfactory.
Use of Customer facilities to perform rework.

This warranty is limited to re-work of the unsatisfactory service without change to the original specification and to the amount of effort expended on original work service.

Catalogue Information

If this Qualified Information Systems Vendor provides consulting services and if the value of the consulting contract is reasonably foreseen to exceed $15,000.00, please refer to the Texas Government Code, Subtitle F, Chapter 2254.

not give, offer to give, or intend to give at any time hereafter any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor, or service to a public servant in connection with catalogue purchase transactions;
not currently be delinquent in the payment of any franchise tax owed the State of Texas under Tax Code, Chapter 171(go to "Certification of Franchise Tax Account Status " for verification)
update their catalogue as needed to reflect changes in price and the availability of products or services offered.
