Description: Perform collection calls on large dollar accounts. Coordinate with outside collection vendors on necessary accounts. Work with legal advisors and complete documentation's (bankruptcy claim forms, file suit forms etc). Run credit reports and make credit limit decisions up to 50K. On call as required. Answers receivable phone inquiries and follows up with invoice copies, statements etc. Handle all credit card charge-backs. Work with credit card companies, customers, and sales staff to resolve charge-backs in a timely manner. Assist with related special projects as required.

Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and two years credit/collection experience or equivalent combination.
