Recruiting Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX

Description: This position will manage the recruiting function at Southwest Stars. Implement staffing plans, manage college recruiting and hiring of experienced professionals, be responsible for integrating recruiting information with the HRIS, manage internet-based vendors, coordinate third-party recruiters in selected geographic markets, coordinate the job offer process, manage immigration and visa issues, support the on-boarding process, work effectively with the HR team, manage the recruiting budget. Focus all of these activities on hiring great people who contribute to the success of Southwest Stars by aggressively acquiring a thorough knowledge about Southwest Stars benefits, services and products to effectively "sell" Southwest Stars to qualified candidates.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; five to seven years related experience. Highly organized, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and ensure proper follow up. Technical people person.
