| Location: San Antonio, TX Description: Provide both technical written and phone support to Southwest Stars Customers. Obtain technical understanding of Southwest Stars products. Keep current (technically) with the hardware and software changes in the PC industry. Qualifications: Associate's degree and 6 months to 1 year PC-support & troubleshooting experience or equivalent combination. An extensive understanding of all versions of DOS is required; strong Window, Netware, Mac, & UNIX/Xenix, background desired. Individual must possess excellent phone/customer service skills and solid writing skills.
